Overview
John Conathan II is Of Counsel in Nutter's Private Client Department and works out of the firm’s Hyannis office. He concentrates his practice on estate planning, probate, wills, estate and trust administration and real estate law. John has over thirty-five years of experience practicing law on Cape Cod.
John is a member of the Barnstable County, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations and he is a fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and the American Bar Foundation. He is a member and past president of the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod and a member of the Cape Cod Planned Giving Council. Additionally, John is a former director and past president of the Cape Cod Foundation, a community foundation.
Prior to law school, he served for three years as a U.S. Navy officer.
