Alexander P. Rothschild

Alexander P. Rothschild is an associate in Nutter’s Litigation Department. Alex has a wide-ranging litigation practice, with a particular focus on business litigation, product liability defense, and white collar investigations.

Alex represents companies during all stages of state and federal litigation. He regularly counsels clients on initial fact investigation, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, fact and expert witness preparation, and trial. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Nutter, Alex was a litigation associate at two international law firms. He served as the senior notes and comments editor of the Wake Forest Law Review during law school.
