Alexis M. Yamin

Alexis Yamin is an associate in Nutter’s Corporate Department. Alexis assists public and private companies in a broad spectrum of corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, and regulatory issues.

Alexis gained legal experience as an intern for the Hon. Serge Georges at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Before that, she worked as a legal assistant for a law firm in New York City.

During law school, Alexis was the senior editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. She served as president of the Business Law Association and as a mentor in the Women’s Law Association.
