Overview

Anna K. Litvak is a law clerk in Nutter’s Private Client Department. Anna assists high net worth individuals and families with estate planning and administration, probate and estate tax minimization strategies, and charitable giving.

Prior to joining Nutter, Anna was a legal intern in the Non-Profit Organizations / Public Charities Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Before that, she was a Congressional intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, where she evaluated policy areas of interest to the District. Anna also was a government relations intern at The Conservation Fund in Arlington, VA. She wrote fact sheets on projects using federal grant money for various Congressional offices and federal departments.

Earlier in her career, Anna was a legal assistant at a law firm in Atlanta, GA, where she drafted and filed pleadings for nearly 200 cases.

Anna was a senior editor at the Northeastern University Law Review during law school. She was a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) preparer at Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) and a law clerk at the Northeastern University Office of the General Counsel.
