Helen C. Plunkett

Helen C. Plunkett is a Corporate and Regulatory Specialist in Nutter’s Corporate Department. As a member of the firm’s Alcohol group, Helen assists clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and securities-related matters.

Prior to joining Nutter, Helen was a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Sprout Social, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPT), a Chicago-based software company, where she supported corporate governance, SEC reporting, U.S. regulatory and international trade compliance. Before that, she was a Senior Paralegal at The Boston Beer Company (NYSE: SAM), where she supported SEC reporting, investor relations, corporate governance, alcohol and general regulatory matters, and transactional support, including the merger with Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Earlier in her career, Helen was a Senior Associate at State Street Corporation, focusing on ETF fund management, SEC compliance, and board governance and a Legislative Aide at both the U.S. and Massachusetts House of Representatives, concentrating on policy and regulatory matters.

Helen earned her Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University and her B.A. from The Catholic University of America.
