• Represented Apryse Software Corp. in the acquisition of Qoppa Software, LLC.
• Represented Auction Technology Group in the acquisition of Vintage Software, aka EstateSales.NET, a leading estate sales listing website.
• Advised 66degrees, a Google Cloud Premier Partner, in its merger with Pandera Systems, with an additional investment from Sunstone Partners, creating the second largest pure-play Google Cloud services firm in North America.
• Represented Synoptek, a portfolio company of Sverica Capital Management, in its sale to Quad-C Management.
• Represented Motility Software, a portfolio company of Serent Capital, in its acquisition by The Reynolds and Reynolds Company.
• Advised Serent Capital in its investment into Raintree Systems, a leading provider of electronic health record (EHR) and revenue cycle management (RCM) software solutions to the therapy market.
• Represented Surveyor Capital, a Citadel company, as co-lead investor in the Series B financing of Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage oncology therapeutics company.
• Advised Auction Technology Group in its acquisition of LiveAuctioneers, one of North America’s favorite destinations for fine and decorative arts, antiques, and luxury goods.
• Represented a UK-based public company in acquisitions and restructurings, including an acquisition completed in conjunction with a public offering.

Prior to joining Nutter, Kevin was a senior associate in the Private Equity and Business Transactions Groups at a Massachusetts-based law firm. Before that, he was a business law associate at a Boston law firm.

Kevin serves on the Capital Campaign Committee for Agassiz Village, a youth camp in Maine that focuses on reaching children in Maine and Massachusetts from under-resourced communities.

During law school, Kevin was the development editor and on the Executive Board of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.
