Olivia K. Erickson

Olivia K. Erickson is a law clerk in Nutter’s Litigation Department. Olivia helps clients in complex matters at all stages of litigation and enforcement proceedings.

Prior to joining Nutter, Olivia was a judicial intern for the Hon. Robert Ullmann at the Massachusetts Superior Court. She also gained legal experience as an appeals intern at a criminal defense law firm. Previously, Olivia interned with the Massachusetts State Task Force on Hate Crimes.

During law school, Olivia represented clients as a student attorney in the Immigration and Defenders (Criminal Justice) Clinics. She also served as a Boston College Law School Ambassador.
