Olivia K. Erickson

Olivia K. Erickson is an associate in Nutter’s Litigation Department. Olivia helps clients in complex matters at all stages of litigation and enforcement proceedings.

Prior to joining Nutter, Olivia was a judicial intern for the Hon. Robert Ullmann at the Massachusetts Superior Court. She also gained legal experience as an appeals intern at a criminal defense law firm. Previously, Olivia interned with the Massachusetts State Task Force on Hate Crimes.

During law school, Olivia represented clients as a student attorney in the Immigration and Defenders (Criminal Justice) Clinics. She also served as a Boston College Law School Ambassador.
