Ken Berman Presents on Contrasting Approaches to Witness Preparation at the Massachusetts Bar Association

Ken will co-lead a seminar on “Raise Your Right Hand: Contrasting Approaches to Witness Preparation,” which will explore innovative perspectives on witness preparation, encouraging attorneys to rethink the typical speech often given to anxious clients getting ready to testify at a deposition or at trial.
