Nutter Hosts 'Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day'

Nutter is pleased to host Nitsch Engineering’s 17th annual “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day” event on April 20. This year’s program, “Sharing Resources, Building Communities: Engineering Around the World” will explore how engineers can work with communities worldwide to meet basic human needs, such as the need for drinkable water. The conference will also show girls how engineers and engineering students can empower communities to find appropriate solutions for their infrastructure needs. Since 2002, Nitsch Engineering has partnered with a range of companies and academic institutions to increase 6th to 12th grade girls’ interest in engineering in a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
