Her presentation, “Introduction to How to Modify an Irrevocable Trust,” will provide an overview of the various methods for modifying irrevocable trusts, including how and when to consider reformations, decanting, non-judicial settlement agreements, and modifications under the Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code.
