Nutter will host The Capital Network’s Fast Track Boot Camp for Early Stage Entrepreneurs. This event is an intensive, interactive full-day seminar designed to provide entrepreneurs and innovators an in-depth understanding of what it takes to raise early stage capital. Attendees will leave the Venture Fast Track with concrete materials and knowledge that will help them move their company forward through the various stages of the fundraising process, with a new network of mentors and peers from which to draw.

Nutter’s Jeremy Halpern and Will Bernat, partners and leaders of Nutter’s Emerging Companies practice group, will present at the event. Jeremy will share insights on how entrepreneurs can refine their VC pitches during his presentation, “Pitches & Decks – Elevator Pitches to Formal Presentations – An Evolution.” Will will present “Beyond the Pitch: Closing the Deal with Investors,” which will elaborate on how entrepreneurs can continue to sell their companies during intensive due diligence, deep dives, and term negotiations.
