Christopher Lindstrom, a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group, presented at the Boston Private Bank & Trust Community Investment Series “The Changing Landscape of Criminal Records Checks: What Nonprofits Need to Know about the Recent EEOC Guidance and Massachusetts CORI Reform” on October 31.

This seminar on recent EEOC guidance on the use of criminal records in the hiring process and MA CORI reform targeted nonprofits' Human Resources personnel as well as their counselors for job-seekers. Christopher led the seminar, which was attended by approximately 40 nonprofit representatives.
