Sponsored by the ABA Section of Litigation Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotech Subcommittee of the Product Liability Committee, the panel, “Products Liability Implications of Product Innovations,” will discuss products liability claims and scenarios relating to new products, insurance and intellectual property issues, risk assessment, jurisdictional issues, and legislative and regulatory issues.
