Eliza Cox, a partner in the Real Estate and Finance Department and a member of the Land Use practice group, will present at The Fourth Annual Intensive Seminar on Recent Developments Under MEPA & NEPA: New requirements and techniques for compliance, presented by Law Seminars International on June 22. Eliza will serve as a panelist on the “Coordinating Multi-Agency Permitting: MEPA, EFSB, Cape Cod Commission” and will discuss case studies in coordinating Cape Cod Commission permitting with Energy Facility Siting Board and MEPA review.
