Jeremy Halpern, co-chair of Nutter’s Emerging Companies Group and co-leader of the firm’s Food and Beverage group, will lead a financing workshop at The Capital Network’s lunch program on October 4. During the event, “Build a Cap Table and Understand the Dilution Impact of Early-Stage Investment,” Jeremy will discuss how to use the capitalization table to understand the dilutive impact of various investment decisions such as stock options, restricted stock, early stage angel or venture capital investment, down-rounds, anti-dilution provisions, and more.
