Jeremy Halpern, the director of business development for Nutter’s Emerging Companies practice group, served as a speaker at The Capital Network’s event “Beyond the Crowd: The Whole JOBS Act Implications for Entrepreneurs & Investors” on August 12. Panelists discussed the JOBS Act and how it is affecting the funding landscape both long and short term and addressed the following topics:
