Jeremy Halpern, a partner in the Business Department and the Director of Business Development for the Emerging Companies Group, presented at Food and Beverage University (FBU) September 30. This full-day business education and networking conference hosted by Project NOSH helps attendees understand the dynamic world of food and beverage entrepreneurialism and how to launch, market and fund their food or beverage brand. FBU events feature opportunities to maximize learning through interaction with speakers and entrepreneurs who discuss topics such as launching a new food or beverage brand, bringing a brand to scale, and raising capital responsibly. Jeremy presented “Connecting with Angels” on the Financing Types panel.

Project NOSH hosts conferences to help develop and fuel the growth of the community of entrepreneurial packaged food companies and services that are Natural, Organic, Sustainable and Healthy (NOSH).
