Jeremy Halpern, a partner in the Business Department and the Director of Business Development for the Emerging Companies Group, presented at The Capital Network’s (TCN) “Funding Options Deep Dive – Consumer Products” on September 13. The program, a follow up to TCN’s “Funding Options Evening Roundtable,” consisted of a deep dive discussion, which explored the types of funding options available for consumer product companies. Built around audience interest and questions, topics included non-equity options such as crowdfunding, customer finance, and a discussion of convertible debt.
