Jeremy Halpern, a partner in the Business Department and the Director of Business Development for the Emerging Companies Group, presented at The Capital Network’s (TCN) “Funding Options Deep Dive – High Growth Companies” on September 12. The program, a follow up to TCN’s “Funding Options Evening Roundtable,” featured a deep dive discussion, built around audience interest and questions, and explained exactly the types of funding options available for a high growth company. Topics included angel and venture term sheets, customer financing, and other tactics that can be utilized in conjunction or preparation for VC and angel financing rounds, as well as an explanation of convertible debt.
