Ken Berman, a partner and co-chair of the Business Litigation practice group at Nutter, will present on witness preparation at the ABA Section of Litigation’s 2018 Professional Success Summit, a networking and advancement event for racially and ethnically diverse litigators. During his breakout session, Ken will present a TED-style talk on statements from famous politicians, drawing upon his ABA best-selling book, Reinventing Witness Preparation: Unlocking the Secrets to Testimonial Success. He will analyze these statements and then share key takeaways on how to best prepare witnesses for testifying.
