Ken Berman serves as moderator at American Bar Association Annual Meeting
Print PDFKenneth R. Berman, a partner in the Litigation Department, served as a moderator at the American Bar Association (ABA) Annual Meeting on August 8. Ken moderated the CLE panel “The All New 2013 Litigation Ethics Quiz Show: Representing Corporations,” which explored difficult ethical dilemmas lawyers will face, especially when representing business entities. Seventy-five ABA members attended the program.
