Melissa Sampson McMorrow, chair of Nutter’s Tax Department and co-chair of Nonprofit and Social Impact Advisors, will serve as co-chair at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.’s (MCLE) “18th Annual Nonprofit Law Conference 2017” on April 26. The event focuses on bringing attendees up-to-date on the most important developments in the law of tax-exempt organizations during the past year and addresses the topics that will be relevant in the next one, including new developments from the administration in Washington.

Melissa will serve as panelist on the “Welcome and Year in Review” panel, which provides an overview of the most important legal developments for nonprofit organizations over the past year, including legislative updates involving tax reform and health care reform. Nutter served as a sponsor of the networking breakfast reception that opened the event.
