Michael A. Leon, partner in the firm’s Environmental and Energy Law practice group, served as a panelist at the Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC-NE) Evening Program “Update from MEPA Director Deirdre Buckley on January 15. The keynote speaker, Deirdre Buckley, Director of the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act Office and Assistant Secretary for Environmental Review, discussed upcoming programs, priorities, and implementation strategies for the MEPA office. A panel of MEPA experts addressed critical issues, policies, and developments concerning and impacted by the MEPA program.
