Nutter was pleased to host “The Power of Inclusion Forum” as part of the 2016 ACC-Northeast Series on Diversity & Inclusion on September 8. Brent Henry, Vice President and General Counsel at Partners HealthCare, Tracy Poole, Assistant General Counsel at Johnson & Johnson, and Deborah Feldman, Senior Consultant at the Beacon Hill Staffing Group / Beacon Hill Legal, spoke on the panel "Is it the Weather? A Candid Discussion About Recruiting, Developing and Retaining Mid-Level to Senior Diverse Attorneys in the Northeast." Sarah Turano-Flores, chair of Nutter’s Diversity Action Committee, moderated the panel, which explored the dynamics and challenges shaping corporate diversity and inclusion, culture, and leadership careers today. The panel was followed by a lively Q&A session and networking reception.
