Nutter hosted the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) 3rd Annual Women of Influence Luncheon “Making a Mark in Boston Real Estate” for 110 guests on October 15. Marianne Ajemian, a partner in the Real Estate and Finance Department, served as moderator of a panel that discussed what it takes to be a successful woman in commercial real estate and how things are changing as more women rise to the top as “Women of Influence.” Female executives participated in a candid discussion of the ‘ins and outs’ and ‘ups and downs’ of working in Boston’s highly competitive and, historically, mostly-male real estate industry. Panelists included Sandra Lally, Vice President, Operations, Equity Office Properties; Mary Lentz, Executive Vice President, McCall & Almy, Inc. and Kathleen MacNeil, Principal, Millennium Partners-Boston.
