Bob Fishman, Marianne Ajemian, and Mike Zabowsky, partners in the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Department, host quarterly Urban Land Institute (ULI)/Boston Market Council (BMC) breakfast forums at Nutter. A breakfast meeting was held in the Louis D. Brandeis Conference Center on November 30 on the topic of vertical development in the suburbs. ULI Boston draws its members from all sectors of the real estate industry - from architects to developers, CEOs to analysts and everyone in-between. Using this interdisciplinary approach, ULI examines land use issues, discusses commercial transactions, impartially reports findings, and convenes forums to find creative solutions.
