Will Bernat and Chris Lindstrom, partners in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group, respectively, will present on employee compensation at The Capital Network event on April 1. The event, “Employee Compensation & Equity: Preparing for Growth,” will help founders better understand equity compensation as they prepare to grow and scale their team. Will and Chris will discuss best equity compensation practices from a legal and accounting perspective when hiring, firing, and incentivizing a team that will align with a startup’s fundraising and growth goals.
