Since he joined the bank in 1990, John has served in various senior leadership roles in the Corporate Credit, Commercial Lending and Treasury Services divisions of the bank. John has been an active member on many business and social services organizations over the last three decades. Currently, John is Chairman of the bank’s Credit Committee, and is a Board Member of the Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation.

Amy Lousararian is a Managing Director in the Boston Capital Markets group at JLL and specializes in advising and executing debt placement solutions for construction and permanent capital requirements for all property types including industrial, multi-housing, office, life science, retail, and hospitality. During the course of her career, Amy has been involved in the capitalization of over $3.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
- David Morris, Senior Fund Manager, Real Assets, AXA Investment Managers
David Morris is a Senior Fund Manager and Head of US Loan Originations at AXA Investment Managers, where he has been since 2020. With extensive experience in the real estate investment industry since 1988, he previously held senior roles at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors and GMAC Institutional Advisor, focusing on various aspects of real estate finance and asset management.
- Andrew Tenzer, Partner, Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Workout, Nutter
Andrew Tenzer is a partner in Nutter’s Corporate Department and a member of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Workout practice group. Andrew focuses his practice on advising lenders, troubled companies, and buyers and sellers of distressed assets in chapter 11 reorganization and in out-of-court and cross-border restructurings. In addition, he frequently handles non-insolvency related syndicated financings, securitizations, and structured finance transactions.
