Jeremy Halpern, co-chair of Nutter’s Emerging Companies Group and co-lead of the firm’s Food and Beverage group, Will Bernat, co-chair of Nutter’s Emerging Companies Group and co-lead of the firm’s Food and Beverage group, and Josh French, an of counsel in the Corporate and Transactions Department, will present at The Capital Network’s “Series A Venture Fast Track: A Fundraising Bootcamp for Post-Seed Entrepreneurs with 20+ Top Boston VCs & Investors” on March 26.

Jeremy will moderate a panel, “The ‘Down In The Mud’ Tactics of Series A Fundraising,” that explores how to strategically find, qualify, engage, pitch, and close Series A investors. In addition, he will serve as a mentor at a lunch that will match him with an entrepreneur. Will is a speaker on the “Negotiating Series A - The Three Headed Monster” panel, which breaks down the keys to a successful Series A round. Will and Josh will hold office hours at the conclusion of the program.

The Capital Network’s Series A Fast Track Bootcamp for Post Seed Entrepreneurs, is an intensive, interactive half-day seminar providing post seed-stage entrepreneurs an in-depth understanding of what it takes to raise Series A capital.
