A Conversation With Ed Flynn, Boston City Council President

Boston City Councilor Ed Flynn is a lifelong Boston resident and represents District 2 which is comprised of South Boston, Chinatown, and portions of the South End and Downtown. On January 6, he was elected president of the Boston City Council at a historic time for Boston and for the City’s political leadership.

Councilor Flynn will share with us his agenda and priorities:

  • How will he lead the Boston City Council?
  • How will the City Council work with newly elected Mayor Wu as she pursues her agenda and priorities?
  • What are the key issues facing Boston and how will the City Council address them?

Councilor Flynn will provide timely, insightful, and candid remarks about the state of the City today.
