Ken Berman will give a talk at the October meeting of the Timothy Dwight College Fellows at Yale University. Ken is a partner and co-chair of the Business Litigation practice group at Nutter and the author of the ABA book Reinventing Witness Preparation: Unlocking the Secrets to Testimonial Success. Ken’s talk, “Why Smart People Give Stupid Testimony,” will explain the perils of conventional witness preparation and the philosophy underlying a more dynamic and enlightened approach, illustrating points with examples from well-known witnesses and cases.
