Since her appointment by Massachusetts Governor Healey, Secretary Hao has convened an economic development planning council and launched a state-wide listening tour to learn what barriers and challenges face companies. This work will be part of an economic plan to be released by the Healey Administration this fall.
Secretary Yvonne Hao has more than 25 years of executive business experience, including as co-founder, advisor, and managing director at the investment firm Cove Hill Partners and as an Operating Partner at Pillar Ventures.
Secretary Hao discussed her commitment to make Massachusetts more competitive to attract new businesses, retain and grow existing companies, attract and train a talented workforce, and create an environment where there is economic opportunity for everyone.
