Shannon Zollo, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and chair of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, will moderate the “During the Deal” panel at the XPX New England Summit 2020. The event, hosted by Nutter, will allow business owners and PE firms to hear what each of their experiences were like during a sale process.
