Nichole Shustack Speaks at the NCSLA 2024 Annual Conference

Nichole Shustack, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate Department and a member of the Food and Beverage group, will moderate a panel at the NCSLA 2024 Annual Conference in Washington, DC. The panel will address “Gen Z Effects – Societal Trends and Their Impact on Alcohol Marketing.” The panelists will discuss answers to key questions regarding:

  • Changing national demographics (i.e. Gen Z) and social media’s ascendancy
  • New health and taste preferences
  • How political divisiveness and a surge in focus on ESG issues have markedly changed how alcohol is marketed
  • How these developments interplay with the applicable rules and regulations governing alcohol
