Will will focus on the due diligence round and how to best prepare for it. From high-level overviews to in-depth analyses of every number, customer, and flaw, the speakers will run the process through which investors evaluate early-stage companies for investment. The workshop will also address the impact of COVID-19 on the due diligence process, how investors have adjusted, and how founders can best prepare for it.
