Jonathan Kotlier, a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Crime practice group, was appointed to the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) on April 14. The JNC is a non-partisan, non-political, and non-compensated Commission consisting of twenty-one citizens appointed by the Governor, which is designed to seek judicial applicants who possess the temperament, ability and integrity to freely, impartially and independently interpret the laws and administer justice.
