Kenneth Ehrlich, co-chair of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services practice, presented at Financial Managers Society (FMS) 2008 East Coast Regional Conference on September 23. Ken’s presentation examined the typical credit problems and regulatory criticisms banks are facing during safety and soundness examinations. Ken also focused on the types of orders and other supervisory actions banks are seeing in response to these problems.
