Print PDFNutter announced today that it was recognized as one of the 100 Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe. Nutter ranked as one of the top five law firms in Massachusetts, as well as one of the best mid-size companies.
The report, published Sunday, was based on surveys from 70,000 employees at about 300 Massachusetts private, public and nonprofit organizations. Top Places to Work recognizes the most progressive companies in the state, based on employee opinions about company leadership, compensation and training, diversity/inclusion, career development, family-friendly flexibility and values and ethics.
Nutter’s exceptional work environment has been recognized in other publications. Nutter recently ranked No. 1 in the nation for a second consecutive year in The American Lawyer’s annual Summer Associate Survey, with perfect scores in all nine categories, including training, guidance and quality of work. Nutter has also been rated as one of the Boston Business Journal’s 2008 “Best Places to Work,” placing in the top 20 mid-sized businesses.
