Michael E. Scott, chair of Nutter's Real Estate Department and a member of the firm’s Development, Land Use and Permitting practice group, was quoted in an article that summarizes a recent meeting between Stop & Shop and Bourne town officials in The Bourne Enterprise. In the article, “Limited Development, Bypass Road Key to Stop & Shop Land Development in Bourne,” Mike commented on the development of the property formerly known as CanalSide Commons, near the Bourne Bridge rotary. He said that Stop & Shop wants to work with the town on a master plan for the development of the property, which would include marketing strategies and advocacy for state and federal funding.
