Chris Lindstrom, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group, commented on new non-compete rules, recently agreed upon by legislators, that will apply to many Massachusetts employers and employees in the Boston Globe article “Five Ways the State’s Revised Non-Compete Rules Could Affect you.” According to Chris, “minimum-wage workers, and likely any warehouse worker even if he or she earns more, cannot be subject to a non-compete.”
