Beth Mitchell panelist at the American College of Mortgage Attorneys 36th annual meeting

Beth Mitchell, a co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group and a member of the Workout, Restructuring and Bankruptcy group, served as a panelist at the American College of Mortgage Attorneys 36th annual meeting on October 2. The panel focused on a variety of issues relevant to troubled commercial mortgage assets from an institutional lender’s perspective, including “tranche warfare” and conflicts of interest in the capital stack, cash trap pitfalls for the lender, construction loan considerations, management transition and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
