Jonathan Kotlier and Ian Roffman, members of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, participated in the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) program “Securities Enforcement: What's Up at the SEC: Whistleblowing, Insider Trading, and the FCPA” on April 6. Jonathan served as moderator for the panel “Securities Enforcement - Looking Back and Looking Ahead” and Ian, a former senior trial counsel for the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, served as a panelist and discussed current enforcement efforts and initiatives.
