Print PDFThe Massachusetts Bankers Association invited Dawn Curry, chair of the firm’s Data Management & Discovery practice, and Matthew Hanaghan, a member of the firm’s Banking & Financial Services practice, to present at the “Record Retention Workshop” on February 8. The program concentrated on the mandated or recommended time frames for keeping key documents and addressed retention schedules for deposits, loans, administration, SEC, IRAs and trusts.
