(NASDAQ: APPF), a leading provider of cloud-based business software solutions in the real estate and legal markets. The legal team was led by Josh Gray, an associate in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department, and included Jim Dawson and Portia Keady, a partner and associate, respectively.
