Nutter hosts Hacking Medicine Post Hack Pitchfest
Print PDFNutter hosted the Hacking Medicine Post Hack Pitchfest on June 19, where the best startups selected from 15 hackathons pitched to a judging panel of payers, providers, and investors to compete for the chance to join the stage at Stanford MedicineX. Jeremy Halpern, the director of business development for Nutter’s Emerging Companies practice group, gave the welcoming remarks at this inaugural event, which is part of the Boston Idea Week event series. The event was designed to give hackathon teams an opportunity to make progress on their business before pitching again to industry leaders, investors, and customers, with the goal to help propel these companies to their next milestone. Each participant was given 3 minutes to pitch their company to an esteemed panel to seek feedback and the winner of the event will be given the opportunity to pitch on the mainstage at Stanford MedicineX in September.
