Nutter partner Kenneth Berman elected to Council of ABA’s Section of Litigation
Print PDFNutter McClennen & Fish LLP announced today that Kenneth R. Berman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and co-chair of its Business Litigation practice group, has been elected to the Council of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Litigation effective August 2015.
The Section of Litigation, the largest specialty section of the American Bar Association, is comprised of the top litigators in the country who are elected by a vote of their peers.
Berman is a highly regarded, seasoned litigator representing clients in complex business and commercial cases, intellectual property disputes, corporate and partnership litigation, and land use litigation.
Active in the ABA, Berman co-chairs the Corporate Counsel Committee of the Litigation Section, is a member and former co-chair of the Litigation Section’s Business Torts Committee, and is a member of the Section’s Intellectual Property Committee, Commercial and Business Litigation Committee, and Trial Practice Committee.
Numerous other top litigators from Nutter have also served in leadership positions in the American, Massachusetts, and Boston Bar Associations.
