The article “The Impact of Bundling on Equipment Lease Syndications from the Purchaser’s Perspective” was named Article of the Year by the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Equipment Lease Financing on April 6. Philip Rosenblatt, and Stephen Patterson, members of the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group, originally published the article in the fall of 2008. The article discusses the practice of bundling equipment acquisition financing with services and supply contracts, and the incremental risks associated with purchasing a bundled transaction.
