The Boston Globe has selected Nutter as one of the 2024 Top Places to Work honorees in Massachusetts. This is the sixth time in the past seven years that Nutter has been recognized in the annual list.

“We believe that working together in a supportive and collaborative environment is essential to offering our clients top-tier legal expertise,” said Liam O’Connell, co-managing partner of Nutter. “It’s an honor to be recognized once again as a leading employer of choice.”

Top Places to Work highlights the state’s most esteemed workplaces through the opinions of their employees. A survey is distributed that measures how employees feel about their employers’ initiatives including leadership, values, training, benefits, and more. Nutter was recognized in the large company category. There were 323 participating Massachusetts organizations, with nearly 68,000 individuals who took the survey.

“This honor is a testament to Nutter’s commitment to building a workplace where all team members can grow and succeed,” said Michael Scott, co-managing partner of Nutter. “By fostering a culture of inclusion and respect, we ensure that every individual’s contribution is valued in driving our shared success.”

Earlier this year, the Boston Business Journal named Nutter a “2024 Best Places to Work” honoree. Nutter earned this distinction by being one of the top-scoring companies in an employee survey measuring the following criteria: work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation, and benefits.
