The Boston Globe Selects Nutter as a Top Place to Work for 2021
Print PDFFor the third time in the past four years, The Boston Globe has named Nutter as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in its 14th annual employee-based survey.
Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state as voted on by the people who know these workplaces best – the employees who work in them. The survey measures employee opinions about their employer’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.
“We are honored to be recognized as an employer of choice in these challenging times. Our firm’s culture of excellence and commitment to our clients, and each other, has allowed us to adapt to the workplace challenges and changes of the past year,” said Michael Scott, co-managing partner of Nutter. Added co-managing partner Liam O’Connell, “Excellence in all that we do remains our focus and that means we prioritize the professional development of our talented attorneys and staff, and we foster an environment where diverse ideas and perspectives work together to provide our clients with superb legal counsel.”
The rankings in Top Places to Work are based on confidential survey information collected from more than 80,000 individuals who work at 363 Massachusetts employers. Those employers who are recognized as Top Places to Work share a few key traits, including flexibility in the workplace, a commitment to and support of a diverse workforce, and a work environment that employees find engaging and enjoyable.
