Fei Li and Chelsea Torres Named to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2025 Fellows and Pathfinders Programs
Print PDFFei Li, of counsel in Nutter’s Private Client Department, has been named a member of the 2025 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows. Chelsea Torres, an associate in Nutter’s Litigation Department, has been named a member of the 2025 class of LCLD Pathfinders.
As an LCLD Fellow, Fei will participate in a professional development program connecting her and other high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners, and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. LCLD Fellows participate in training sessions and have opportunities to interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations as well as managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms.
As an LCLD Pathfinder, Chelsea will have opportunities to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as career development experts. Over the course of seven months, LCLD Pathfinders gain practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies. In addition to full class programming, participants will have several opportunities throughout the year to meet and interact with their peers, both in person and in a virtual format.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who have pledged themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. LCLD’s action programs are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture the talent in society and within organizations, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
